I’m so effing sick-n-tired of these cop-thugs getting off easy, on sex crimes.. When others get the book thrown at them.. 
Newport News, Va. – A former Newport News police officer was sentenced to suspended jail time on 12 counts of indecent exposure and obscene sexual behavior charges Thursday.
it doesn’t matter what the reason is, this sorry ass cop need to be in jail for his crime.. I’m tired of the “black” law protecting the “blue” law.. or getting a DA discount on the crimes..

Roush first made headlines in 2009 when he was charged with sexually assaulting two women he dated. The Newport News Police Department suspended him without pay after his arrest, but they gave him his job back in 2010 when two juries acquitted him of the charges.
Wait for it, it was alcohol and substance abuse that cause him to do.. For everyone else this defense wouldn’t work.. But for the local Thugs with Badges it does..
